Hitesh Mehta
Managing Director

Hitesh Mehta is a result-oriented professional with over 25 years of qualitative experience in leading the operations of Strategic Businesses in Brand Management, Retail Consultancy, Marketing & Business Development.
He is a proud alumna of Sriram College of Commerce Delhi securing his bachelor’s degree in commerce and completed his Master’s in Business Administration from renowned Indian Institute Of Planning & Management Delhi
Hitesh’s extensive career chronology had its inception into the global scenario at Lals Group Dubai in the capacity of Retail manager. After a successful term of 5 years at Lal’s Hitesh joined Apparel LLC as Brand Manager. During this tenure, Hitesh was instrumental in bringing brands like Kenneth Cole, Tommy Hilfiger, Basler etc which were milestone deals in the fashion retail history of Middle East Market.
Later in 2007 Hitesh started his own Consulting firm The Spectrum and associated with Buckingham Consulting UK as an International sales consultancy to research, identify and manage new brands/concepts on a Global basis. Hitesh always showcased excellence in representing the organization at national and International industry events; leading enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinating project teams for large accounts. He kept exploring potential business avenues & managed Marketing & Sales operations for achieving the business targets; initiating market development efforts and increased business growth.
Over these years Hitesh handled around 30 brands opening more than 200 stores across the globe. Hitesh has traveled more than 50 countries for business and maintains a vast network of business relationships in the US, Germany, UK, MENA, India & China.

Arun
Captain Arun Dua
Managing Director

Captain Arun Dua is an experienced shipping person and worked as Captain for over 11 years actual sea time on large ships. He have very good knowledge from the ship owner's perspective as he has have been in charterer's chair since 2006 and has good knowledge in daily shipping operations.
Captain has been active in the commodities market for the past 20 years. And got the extensive knowledge of trade of coal, iron ores, HMS and shredded scrap, fertilizers, grains etc as well as trading of Building Material.
Captain have been a licensed ship surveyor and loss assessor certified by Govt of India and got hands-on experience of ship and cargo qualities, potential damage losses which can be countered.
Captain was a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers London by examination and an expert in all aspects of ship chartering. Along with chartering, have supervised the daily operations of the ships under charter. Thus he is well versed with ship agency, ship weather routing, ship and cargo insurance, bunker hedging etc and have negotiated contracts with worldwide stevedores. His reports on the ports of Chiwandan and Cicading in Indonesia and these reports were published in the British Admiralty Sailing Directions.
Captain has been active in developing ports in various locations of India and have visited many sites and made reports on the viability and profitability of having minor/major ports. He associates with Kargwal Construction for their bidding for construction of yacht marina in Goa. The 30-year lease for waterfront has been awarded to his consortium.

Hari Krishnan is a highly dedicated & dynamic IT Professional specialized in ITIL Certified Service Management. He earned his academic credentials like Bsc in Computing from the University of East London & Advanced Diploma in E-commerce & Information Systems from School of Technology & Management London UK.
Hari has to his credit a vast experience in sectors of IT which are incident management, service management, e-commerce, reporting analysis, vendor management etc with leading organizations such as IBM, Siemens, Tata communications, Wibrant Inc etc.
Hari has worked across Europe, the Middle East & also in his home country India before setting up his business establishment in Africa. With the strong backing of an array of business relationships he developed across the globe during his early days of the career Hari ventured into establishing a multifaceted company under the name Solis International in Republic of Guinea.
Within a year’s time, Hari was successful in bringing in many leading organizations across the globe to the heart of West Africa which are capable of enhancing the quality of life of these rapidly growing urban cities in the region. Solis group had a robust start with projects ranging from Public Transport solutions to Agro Business Projects as well trading of many Products & Commodities.
